Candidates for the Program are nominated by the leaderships of the parliamentary represented political parties, by civil society organizations and alumni of the Program. Self-nomination is not allowed.
For the civic quota, only candidates who are not members of a political party could be nominated. Each referee completes a nomination form

Candidates have to submit the following documents:

- CV
- Motivation letter
- Two recommendations

Short-listed candidates will be invited to an interview. Based on the results from the interviews, the final selection will be made.
When to apply?
31st July 2012 is the deadline for receiving nominations and application documents
September 2012 – interviews with short-listed candidates and final ranking
October 2012 – beginning of the National Program
Fee
The fee is 1800 BGN. It includes training materials and accommodation for the participants. The other expenses are covered by the Bulgarian School of Politics and organizations which support the Program
