“CHANGE AGENTS” NETWORK

During the project BSoP will establish a network consisting of BSoP alumni who work in the field of policies and services for children. Its members will exchange experience and will attract followers in their communities.

To sustain the work of the network various activities will be organized:
 - Two annual meetings of the group with the other graduates – in 2017 and 2018;
 - Specialized trainings in child policies – 2 courses each year or a total of 6 for the whole project. They will be on current topics and will focus on different skills, refracted through the problems and policies for children – e.g. stakeholder analysis, debate skills and others.

 - Dissemination of knowledge among the community of graduates and partners of BSoP: studies on specific topics, presentations of the speakers and links to analyzes in the field will be sent monthly to all alumni.
 - Print and video materials containing strategic documents on children’s rights and best practices will be developed and will reach nearly 1000 alumni and partners of the BSoP (2016-2019).

“THE VOICE OF BULGARIAN CHILDREN” FORUM

In the third year of the project (2019) a final meeting on the project will be held, which will be attended by representatives of all stakeholders - politicians, civic leaders, responsible institutions in the field of children's policies. Best local, national and international practices on various children’s issues discussed in the course of the project will be presented.
This will be a great event, a number of materials will be prepared and disseminated, measures and views on current children's issues and policies in the country will be suggested.
International guests will contribute with their experience and best practices.
